Individual Performance Excellence Training

Learn to be at your best in the face of challenges

You can train your brain and your body to work together to support you in performing at your best especially when it matters most. This applies to anyone, whether you are an executive, attorney, manager, scientist, physician, athlete, artist, musician, another successful professional or a student. You bring a great depth of skill and knowledge to your work. And yet, you may not always be able to bring that knowledge and skill to bear in high-stress situations, leaving you dissatisfied with your performance. Similar situations may happen in your personal life as well. You might “know” how you want to act, but are not always able to act in accordance with this knowledge because automatic reactions from your mind and body get in the way. These challenges are not related to lack of professional or academic skill or experience, and require a set of skills not typically taught anywhere. Your mind’s and body’s ability to self-regulate are at the core of how you handle high stakes situations.

I will guide you in training your brain and your body to work together in fostering optimal regulation, flexibility, and resilience in response to stress, allowing you to perform at your best.

It was a great training. I learned a ton. Dr. Khazan was engaging, clear and extremely knowledgeable. The slides were very helpful. Dr Khazan taught complicated material in a very clear way. The labs were also very well designed and really useful. This training inspired me to learn more and begin using biofeedback in my practice. I am grateful for this training.
